In August we decided to attend round #6 of the Grenland 2WD Championship series in Skien, Norway.
This was the last and final round of the series this year.
Just like last time we arrived in time to put in 2 battery packs of practice before qualifying started.

With the prospect of a bit of rain coming we decided to use the 2 runs to test tires.
Once again I was fastest and felt most consistent on pink JConcepts Swaggers for the front and Lockness for the rear.
My Xray XB2 felt really good with this setup and I was able to win the qualifying rounds to line up first on the grid for the triple A-mains.
Went on to win the first two mains by putting in the only 14 lap runs of the day ahead of a pack of hard chasing competition cars.
